    Jerry, Sammy, and Carrie,
We are so sadden to hear the news of Carolyn’s passing. I have such fond memories of her smile and laughter during those special summer family reunions. She and mom always had such a great time when they were together. I know that Mother was there to greet her when she arrived at the pearly gates, and they are rejoicing in heaven today with all those that have gone before them. Praying for comfort during this difficult time.
With much love, Gina Lansdell Edwards & Herman Lansdell.

When I read on Facebook Ms. Carolyn had passed my stomach just dropped & my heart was in my throat!!! I have fond memories of her as I grew up. I always considered her a “second” momma!!! My mother, Zane Buckner, was one of Ms. Carolyn’s greatest friends along with Ms. Durinda, Ms. Nancy, Ms. Janis, Ms. Karen & the late Ms. Margaret were & always will be my “second” momma’s’. Carrie, you, Sammy Ray & Mr. Jerry are in our thoughts & prayers. I believe she & Ms. Margaret are holding “court” up in Heaven & are giving it a “facelift”. And we will see them again!! Love you, Brandy Z Buckner
