Shirley Tarkington Swartz, age 78, of Conway, was born October 4, 1940, the daughter of the late Lucille and Otis Tarkington. Shirley passed away May 4, 2019.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald F. Swartz SMSgt U.S. Air Force; two siblings, Doss and Dalton and her son, Robert Swartz.
She is survived by her brother, Charles Tarkington; four sons, Kenneth, Jeff, Jack and Allen Swartz; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and many family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Westbrook Funeral Home Chapel in Hazen, Arkansas. The family will be officiating the service and flowers can be sent to the funeral home for the service.
