Glenda Sue Taylor of Hazen, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, on December 6, 2023, after a brief, but painful battle with cancer. Glenda Sue was born to Buddy L. Taylor and Joyce Odell (Greenwalt) Taylor of Hazen, Arkansas on December 21, 1945. Glenda Sue lived with parents until August of 2023 when she became a resident of Chambers Rehab Center in Carlisle.
Glenda Sue was a member of new Bethel Missionary Baptist Church of Carlisle. She loved watching T.V. and going to church.
Glenda Sue was preceded in death by her father, Buddy L. Taylor and is survived by her mother, Joyce (Greenwalt) Taylor of Hazen and one brother, Terry Taylor and wife, Sabrina of Hazen.
The family would like to express their deep appreciation to the caregivers of Chambers Rehab Center in Carlisle and Baptist Hospice for their kindness and care given to Glenda Sue during her battle with cancer.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 11, 2023, at Calvary Baptist Church in Hazen with services to follow at 2:00 P.M. at Calvary Baptist Church.
Interment will be in the Center Point Cemetery.

I have been gone from Prairie County for a while but I remember Sue so well. Her smile and happy disposition was always inspirational! Prayers for Ms. Joyce, Terry and family!
