  1. Was a precious soul an true southern lady she was! She will be greatly missed but now healed in the arms of God and with the love of her life! Sending lots of love and prayers to you all!!

  2. Dad introduced me to Miss Rhodes and from then on I knew we would be friends. M Rhodes let me loose in her yard to mow and take care of flower beds. I love flowers and birds, and so did she. She taught me the different plants and flowers and the fertilizer that goes on each. If I was ever low on money, Miss Rhodes would always find me something to do to get by. She taught me love, respect, and how to behave properly. She is an angel now. I love Miss Rhodes. She is my friend, my mentor, my No. 1… I will miss her greatly.

  3. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Gerry! Sue is my dear Vicksburg friend , and that is how I met her ! I enjoyed going to dinner with her and talking to her on many other occasions when she came to Vicksburg . I got to know her other sweet daughter Vicki and her granddaughter Cari too.
I know her family was so special to her ! Keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers !
