Auttie James Montgomery

Auttie James Montgomery, 64, of Carlisle, Arkansas passed away on April 19, 2024 surrounded by his family and friends. Auttie was born April 15, 1960 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was a professional painter by trade and ran Montgomery Painting for over 35 years. Auttie was an avid sportsman and loved his family very much. He was kind to all and was loved by all who knew him. Auttie was a generous man who was always there and willing to lend a helping hand.

Auttie is proceeded in death by his parents, Spencer “Bud” and Joyce Ingle of Carlisle and his wife Terry Lynn (Standridge) Montgomery of Carlisle.

He is survived by his brother, Curtis Ingle of Hazen, Arkansas; his sister, Kathy Lee Jones of Carlisle, Arkansas; Two sons, Justin Montgomery of Carlisle; and Anthony (Heather) Montgomery of Sherwood, Arkansas. Auttie was blessed with three wonderful grandsons; Blayton, Colton, Haiden. Auttie was also survived by his partner Tonya Hinson of Carlisle.

Services for Auttie will be Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Center Point Missionary Baptist Church in Hazen, Arkansas with visitation at 1:00PM until 2:00PM and Funeral service following at 2:00 PM.

Memorials may be made to Center Point Missionary Baptist Church.
