I don’t have the words. She was family to me through and through—and her life and her loved ones (past and present) are forever and intimately intertwined with my childhood experiences on both sides of my family. I will miss her in so many ways, but most if all her laugh meant so much to me. Her laugh and her smile always made me remember that the things of this world a dim shadow of what there is to expect. We are just travelers in the world for a short time… and I am so glad I can say that Jan, my Tarter cousin, and my family’s special friend, and I am so glad that part of my trip on this round, blue rock included her laugh and her smile.
Jan Was my cousin and my heart hurts . Seems like I’m always out so far away from most of my family. But much love and prayers going out to All.
She was the most kind caring school nurse I’ve ever known. She will truly be missed. Prayers for the family during this difficult time God Bless you all.
