  14. As the shock wears off, maybe it’s time to reflect. Sharron was my Friend and my Sister for over 50 years. Most know her as a brilliant, kind, and caring physician and Friend, but there was so much more. She was a tireless daughter, sister, aunt, and Mother who gave so much to those around her and she never stopped giving. This is just who she was and those close to her will never forget her or the things she’s done for all of us. The great times on the lake, at the races, in Florida, or just arguing with her about certain subjects will always hold a strong spot in my memory bank. I know that our Lord has special tasks for Sharron while she is at peace and still looking over our Children and Grandchildren. While our thoughts and prayers are with Ruth, Blaine and his Family and Megan – Evelyn, Elaine, Griffin and our Grandchildren will always cherish the time we had with Sharron.

Sharron was always the person you could turn to, the one who knew how everyone in our medical school class was doing at any one time. She was my friend and a friend to everyone. I know she is at peace but we will all miss her. I will cherish her memory.
