Wayne, Johnny and Mrs. Doris,
My heart is heavy. Granny Z was a very special lady to our family. She was a beautiful lady inside and out. She had a heart of gold. She was so gracious when came to our family. I am so devastated she passed away but rejoicing in the fact I will see her again. I loved her as my grandmother and she will always have a place in my heart. Thank you Granny Z for the beautiful memories you leave with us. Forever in our hearts. We love you and we will miss you.

It was very hard to hear that someone I was so close to is gone now. My sincere condolences go out to her children and many grand and great-grandchildren. My Aunt Selma wasn’t just a loved one; she was an inspiration and a role model. If more people in this world were as loving, as giving, and as genuinely good as her, it would be a better place. I’ll miss our phone calls and visits, and hearing her optimistic, positive outlook on life. She was a lady who worked hard, loved deeply, and helped others. Her generosity was matched only by her wisdom and kindness. I will always have part of her in my heart, and I am so proud to have been the great-niece to one of the smartest, classiest, kindest people I know. I love you Aunt Selma.
Doris, John, and Wayne, I am so sorry to hear of Ms. Selma’s passing. She was truly unique and lived a very full life. May the Heavenly Father wrap his loving arms around you all and keep you safe, well and happy. Becky Brewer .
Condolences to Johnny,Sandy, Doris and the rest of the Zimmerman family. Ms.Z was one of a kind for sure, we had some pretty serious talks while she would get her hair done. She taught me alot about life and living and the rewards of giving! I will miss her old wives tells, trying each of them just to see… some worked and some didnt. Lol. Rest in peace Ms.Z,, you will truly be missed.
Hi John, I have lost both parents in 6 years. I am sorry about your mother. You are in my prayers.
I just found out today that Selma passed away. I am so very sorry that I didn’t know about it sooner. I have been friends with Wayne and Jeannie Marsh for over 25 years. I met Wayne’s momma on numerous occasions and really liked her. Wayne was a very devoted son and called his mom every day. They had a great relationship. He will certainly miss their daily talks. My prayers go out to my wonderful friends and Selma’s family. Sincerely, Roberta Sheppard Rhein
I loved Ms Z very much and want you to know I loved her. I thought a lot of the family and respected all. Sandra Wright
