Melvia Mullins, 71, died in Avoca, Arkansas on October 25, 2014. Survivors include Michelle Chadwick, Carla Gamman, Shawni Mullins and Peggy Moore. She had 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. with a graveside service in De Valls Bluff at Oakland Cemetery at 2:00 P.M.
