Annie B. Huggs Adams, 86, of Lonoke, Arkansas passed away August 1, 2026 at the Barnes Health Care Nursing Home in Lonoke. She was born in Conway, Arkansas on February 9, 1940, the daughter of Andrew and Annie Bell Meeks. Annie worked for 30 plus years as a supervisor at the Timex Corporation. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers,Wildom, Marion, and Henry Meeks.
Annie is survived by her children, Alfred, Frederick, Naomi, and Cynthia Huggs; her sisters, Kay (Charles) Yarbury of Ward, Arkansas, Fay (Bill) Spalding of Benton, Arkansas, Mary Crymes of Monroe, Louisiana and a special friend and caregiver for 10 years, Janice Picere; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 7, 2026 in the Westbrook Funeral Home chapel in Hazen, Arkansas with visitation from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to the service. Burial will be in the Hazen Cemetery.
