Teddy Frank Brannan 

Teddy Frank Brannan, 83, of Biscoe, whose hardworking mind, body, soul, and loving heart for others, went home to his Lord and Savior early Monday, December 1st, 2025.

Teddy was born May 8th, 1942 in Northeast Arkansas to the late Frank and Ellen Brannan and two aunts, Mabel and Dorothy Brannan, who raised him.

His life was filled with great memories that he loved to share with others. He graduated high school and went on to college at ASU in Jonesboro. After graduating college Teddy went on to teach and coach at DeValls Bluff High School in 1967; he held that position for 6 years. He followed this and began work at Des Arc Implement where he stayed for 7 years; his path led him to Lennox Industries where he was employed and retired after 26 ½ years there. In 1980, Teddy also started his own trash route, which he ran for 42 years.

Teddy loved and married his Bettie on June 20th, 1969 and they have continued a life of love, honor, and support for 56 years. They raised four boys, and gained custody of their granddaughter Lainey Latisha Howard; plus countless other children they helped care for, such as Paul and Paula Lott, who they cared for as one of their own.

Teddy was preceded in death by his mother and father, Frank and Ellen Brannan; his two aunts, Mabel and Dorothy Brannan; and one son, Dicky Ray Brannan.

His legacy will live on thru his wife Bettie; his four sons, Phillip Taylor of Biscoe, David Taylor (Sherry) of Des Arc, Amos Taylor (Mary) of Beebe, and Lanny Brannan of DeValls Bluff; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother, Danny Brannan; and a host of cousins, other family, and friends.

Services for Teddy will be Thursday, December 4th, 2025 with a visitation beginning at 1:00PM until 2:00PM and funeral services following beginning at 2:00PM at the First Baptist Church in DeValls Bluff, Arkansas. Interment will be in the Biscoe Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted with Westbrook Funeral Home of Hazen, Arkansas.

  1. Sending prayers for all Mr Brannon’s family…we work together for several years and it was always pleasure to see him each day…he sure will be missed
