Jeffery Wayne Foot

Jeffery Wayne Foot, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 surrounded by his family. Born and raised in Tollville, Arkansas.  Jeffrey lived a life built on hard work; long days and doing what needed to be done.  A pipeliner through and through, he spent 30 years working on the line; putting in brutal hours, traveling wherever  the work took him (23 states), and earning respect  the old-school way by showing up and getting the job done the right way.  He was also a lifetime member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Tollville.

Pipeline life isn’t easy, and Jeffery never pretended it was.  The weather was rough, the jobs were harder and quitting was never an option.  He took pride in honest work, a strong back, and providing for his family.  You always knew where Jeffrey stood- straight forward, loyal, and solid.  Off the job, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling the world and lived life on his own terms.  Jeffrey wasn’t flashy- just dependable, tough, and real.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alice and J.R. Foot, Mabel and Bill Daviss; and his loving dog companion, Jake.

Jeffery is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Selisa Foot;  his parents,  Kenneth and Rita Foot of Tollville, Arkansas; his brothers, John Foot (Kevin) of Hazen, Arkansas and Benji Foot (Shelia) of Hazen, Arkansas; his sisters, Jeanette Petrus (Randall) of Carlisle, Arkansas; three daughters, Devan Tillman (Michael) of Parker’s Chapel, Arkansas, Stephanie Foot of Titusville, Florida, and Somer Parker (Will) of Carthage, Texas; three sons, John Wakeland (Malissa) of Hazen, Arkansas, William Lane Foot (Rebecca) of Titusville, Florida and Cody Foot of Titusville, Florida; eight grandchildren whom he took great pride in; Eli, Emi, Lexi, Addison, Paizley, Kacie, Kaleb, and Kai; nieces, Tori Tullos (John), Caitlin Walker (Robbie), Angie Petrus, Elizabeth Foot (Dalton) and Emily Foot.  His nephews were Austin Foot (Maria) , Tyler Teel (Alyn), Trevor Teel and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends.

He leaves behind a legacy of grit, sacrifice, and blue-collar pride.  He will be missed by family, friends, and everyone who ever shared a right-of-way, a weld or a long day on the line.
